2010 Hudson Valley Harvest
Harvesting Baco Noir at Benmarl Winery
Winermaker Matt Spaccarelli harvested Baco Noir from Benmarl Winery on September 2.  Brix at harvest were 22.5.  Approximate tonage harvested - 4 tons.
